Refund policy

Your floor goes live right after payment. That is the service delivered, so payments are non-refundable. Please check your amount and details before you pay.

This includes

• Being outbid by another company
• Changing your mind
• Not getting the visitors, clicks or sales you hoped for
• A listing we removed for breaking the rules

If something goes wrong with a payment

• Charged twice: both payments count towards your total, so your floor moves up by the full amount.
• Paid, but your floor or added amount didn't appear: email support@adhyaytech.com within 14 days with your website and payment reference, and we'll add it for you.

Bank disputes

If a payment is reversed through your bank or payment provider, that amount comes off your total, so your floor may move down.

Nothing here limits rights you have under law that cannot be excluded.
