Privacy policy

Who is responsible

What we collect

• Listing details: company name, description, category, website and the total paid. These are public on the tower.
• Payment records: the amount, status and a payment reference. Our payment partner collects your card and billing details under its own privacy policy. We never receive your full card number.
• Abuse protection: a one-way scrambled version of your IP address, stored with payment attempts and reports so we can limit abuse. We don't store the IP address itself in these records.
• Visitor counts: when you visit the site or click a company's link, we briefly store the same scrambled version so each person counts once a day. Only the totals are kept. The daily records are deleted after about a day.
• Alert email: if you turn on outbid alerts, your email address. We use it only to tell you when another company passes you. It is never shown publicly.
• Reports and messages: anything you write in a report or email to us.

What we don't do

We don't use advertising trackers or analytics cookies, and we don't sell your data.

Who else handles data

• Cloudflare hosts the site and database, and processes requests, including your IP address, to deliver the site and protect it.
• Our payment partner processes payments.
• Resend delivers outbid alerts, so it receives your email address and the content of each alert.
• Google supplies site icons. Our server sends it only the listed company's domain, never your details.
• X and LinkedIn receive data only if you click a share button after buying.

How long we keep it

Listings stay until they are removed. Payment records are kept as long as tax and accounting law requires. Scrambled IP records and reports are kept only as long as needed to handle abuse. Your alert email is deleted from our list as soon as you stop alerts, and the copy on your payment record is cleared after about two days.

Your choices

You can ask us to access, correct or delete your personal data by emailing support@adhyaytech.com. Some records must be kept by law. Payments already made are covered by the refund policy.
